VCBG inc.is approved by VicRoads as an authorized club for the purpose of managing the Club
Permit Scheme (CPS) for members. In other words our Club will be able to authorise the issue of “Red Plates” .

Hello,
I see on your web site that (at some point in time) were not offering to authorize for club plates , Clubmen that had not previously been registered, or did not have a VIN
Can you advise if this is still the case please? Do you have any plans for when this might be possible please?
